About the Role:
We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in Arizona to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy to set your own schedule, and the support of a mission-driven organization focused on your clinical success.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
- Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Arizona.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
